We finally got to have our Thanksgiving dinner, a month and a half late. We kidnapped Kalynn to help us out, of course. Ray made the cornbread stuffing, Chinese sticky rice stuffing, and the mashed potatoes (Alex helped). Kalynn made corn souffel, kale, and the most delicious and sophisticated lemon bars ever (with pine nuts and bergamot). Theresa made bread rolls, cranberry apply pie, sweet potato casserole, and gravy from drippings. Everyone helped with the sage-butter laced, bacon topped, maple syrup glazed turkey, Willy. Alex brought some red wine, and Simon helped us eat.
