Dublin Home-Cooked Meal - Tuesday, April 17, 2007
Our first home-cooked meal in Dublin! Ray very eye-ballingly cooked up a Fettucine Alfredo (due to a complete lack of non-metric measuring devices). Theresa whipped up a goat cheese and tomato salad. Both turned out exceptionally well! Theresa also baked brownies and an apple pie for an ambassador's dinner the next night.
